Fraudulent Charges
I signed up for WiFi, and was billed for TV and Camera services that I do not use. After contesting it, the agent told me that I had consented to these services, but then finally gave me a refund in credit.
This month, the full amount for the fraudulent charges is back, and they again have refused to refund it.
At my other address, they have added an equipment charge for a TV service that again, I do not have, and have refused to refund that on the basis of the fraud being longer than 120 days old.
