Fraudulent charges from Xfinity

Hi, I got a call from an Xfinity back office person who tried to coerce me into buying Target gift cards to pay my bill. For anyone reading who thinks this was not an Xfinity person, after I declined to pay with Target cards, he CHARGED me on my account $120 (I'm confident this was genuinely an Xfinity person, as he had my account info, my billing info, all the info associated with my account, and then was able to actually charge me). I cancelled my service as a result and now I keep getting bills. Customer service on chat and in person has not been any help. Please help me clear the bills on my account!
