Fraud and misleading
I'm trying to canceled my home internet because of slow and overpriced, and they offered me a bundle internet and mobile line with free phone for the total of $93.13, but apparently they send me the bill $110 for internet only and $47.50 for mobile line is autopay, i called each month every times i get the statement and they say it's been fixed. They just lied. They've been keeping transferring me to a different department, putting me on hold and keeping me on for long, i have to explain over and over again every time they transfer me to every agent's. Xfinity has now become a fraud. I decided to cancel my plan and pay off the device instead of continuing the service and becoming a victim. It hit me 3 months, and i decided to cancel everything and pay off the device instead. I wish i can upload the chat conversation i had in here
