First bill much higher than expected since services renegotiation

I received my first bill since renegotiating services - and the bill is substantially more than I expected @ $264 the bill is $50 MORE than the estimated bill of $210 received with the order confirmation on 7/14/23. This services change was supposed to be a SAVINGS over previous bills - not cost MORE. Thanks in advance for helping me straighten this out.
