final bill

This inquiry is regarding my final bill after service disconnection for Account Number: [Edited: "Personal Information"].

My service has already been disconnected, and the estimated balance currently shows a credit of –$43.60 for the service period February 20 to March 19, as displayed under Upcoming Charges.

I would like to document the information I received from Xfinity representatives to ensure there is no misunderstanding.

During phone calls with Xfinity on February 28 at 4:57 PM, March 2 at 1:00 PM, and March 2 at 3:57 PM, I was informed that I would only need to pay approximately $17 to fully close the account.

I was also told that the –$43.60 credit shown would be included in the final bill calculation, and that after:

  1. Paying the remaining balance of about $17, and

  2. Returning all Xfinity equipment,

the account would be considered fully closed with no further charges.

All of the information above was clearly confirmed during these calls, and the details should be available in your call records.

However, I have received different answers regarding the timing of the final processing, so I am requesting a clear confirmation of the exact date when the final bill will be completed and the account will be officially closed.

Please confirm that my understanding is correct and advise when this will be fully processed.

Thank you.
