Feeling taken advantage of.
Went to discontinue my cable and internet because we are moving. I was told that doing this would cause an extra charge for my cell phones. I didn’t understand why. The representative told me “your welcome to go with another provider” I feel like I’m stuck in having to pay more just to keep my cell phone plan. I’d love to keep xfinity for my cell service but I’m feeling taken advantage of and don’t feel I should be paying even more than the high amount I already am charged monthly. Can you help me figure this out. I have to discontinue my cable because I am moving.

Hello @user_mrs4gz and thanks for your post. We are limited when it comes to providing help on your Xfinity Mobile account but we can help you with the disconnection of your cable service due to your move. When it comes to the fee of your Xfinity Mobile service increasing that is due to you getting a discount for having both mobile and cable services once you disconnect the service you no longer qualify for a discount. Would there be any chance of transferring your service to your new address?
