Feeling extremely ripped off

I pay my xfinity bill every month and for some reason it is constantly increasing. I don’t do any add ons or anything like that. My bill went from $100 to $183. You guys are [Edit: Infomatory] and somethings needs to be done.

Thanks for reaching out, user_h6qh3v! I'm sorry you bill jumped up so high with seemly no explanation. It does sound like your contract ended, so the bill jumped up in price. I'd be more than happy to confirm that for you and get you into a plan that's more cost-effective.
