False Cancellation Request

I received an email this afternoon stating Xfinity had received my cancellation request for my service with the end date being today, but I never put in a cancellation request. How can I undo this?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Perfect! Thx! Reviewing the address, we are showing a new customer is attempting to start a subscription at this address. Will you be moving out of this address soon and no longer need services at this location?

@XfinityDemitrius​ I am moving out, but I will not be moving out until July 14th so I was going to continue internet service until July 13th.
