Extra overage bill despite switching to Unlimited Data

On my Nov bill I was charged for data overages on my account. When I spoke to a representative on the support forum regarding switching to unlimited data, they assured me that my past overages for August and September would be forgiven. There was no overage charge on my last bill so why would there be one on this one?

@srich2417 Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.

We have credited the data overage fee in full from your recent statement. That credit will appear on the next month's statement.

Apologies again and thanks for your patience.
