Extra charges after address change

I have recently changed my address and I am being billed and extra $83.90 which is being billed as "Balance Transferred", I am also getting the new month's charge in addition. All of this while the address change was labelled as cost-free in the web form I used to make the change. Can you please explain where this extra charge is coming from?

Great quetions @dizan Your account is prorated with the move since we bill a month in advance. The final charges for the previous address will be placed onto the first statement of the new address instead of being billed separately as a final billing statement for the previous address.

Hey there, @user_0dbysx, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums. You can manage your autopay settings. Here is a link with the details, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments. Keep in mind, you do typically get a disconnect on residential services for having autopay and paperless billing with a bank account. Also, our Xfinity Mobile service requires autopay to be set up.
