Extension

Is there anyway I could get an extension? My hours at work have been cut due to COVID-19 and I have a promise to pay already setup but my services keep getting disconnected. Any little bit of help that is offered would be greatly appreciated

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above. Your account is showing as not eligible for a payment arrangement.

 

As a courtesy, I have credited back any late charges, convenience fees and reactivation fees incurred over the past 24 months. I hope that helps in making the overall balance due more manageable. 

 

Those credits will post overnight and will be available to view in My Account.
