Extending promotional rates?
My promotional rate for 800 Mbps Internet recently expired, increasing my bill from $70/month to $89/month. I’m reviewing my options and would prefer to stay with Xfinity if there’s a competitive existing-customer offer available.
I currently see 1 Gig for $85/month in my account, but I’m hoping to get closer to my previous $70/month rate. Could an Xfinity representative please check any available retention, loyalty, or 5-year price-guarantee offers for Internet-only service, including lower-speed tiers such as 300 or 500 Mbps as well as 1 Gig?
I’m primarily interested in the best total monthly price, including whether equipment is included.
