Expired visa gift card

Good morning hope all is well. I am messaging in regards of a Visa gift card that we got for trading in phones. We got it so that we could pay off a line since we switched over. The issue is we waited for so long. We didn’t quite notice that it came through email and expired quite fast now we don’t know quite what to do and we’re in big debt. I would really appreciate if we could get help with this if there’s anyway we can get issued another one. I would appreciate it thank you so much.!

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
