ETF waiver
I am moving to deploy active duty and was told when I set up the service that I would not be charged an ETF when I scheduled to cancel service if it was within the time of the contract. However, I was charged $50. I spoke to customer service but they also told me that there was nothing to be done. I am not sure which one is true.

@user_o88kte Hello, thank you for making this post and bringing this charge to our attention so we can make sure this is set straight! All ETF charges are waived if you are requesting to disconnect or move to a non-Comcast market as a result of a military transfer, being placed on active duty or due to deployment. So, you definitely should not have seen that $50 charge. I would be more than happy to review the account with you to make sure that is taken care of!
