Escalation Needed: Refund Not Issued After Service Cancellation
I disconnected my services 3 weeks ago and was promised that the refund would be sent directly to my bank account within 2 business days. Nothing has arrived. I called customer service several times, and each person gave me a different story. One said it would be refunded in 6–14 days, another said I am not eligible, and another said it has already been sent. I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times, but they keep me on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call disconnects. Classic Comcast.
The bottom line is that I still don’t know how to get my refund. The customer service is terrible—even after disconnecting my service. I’m so glad I switched to AT&T. So much better!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
