ENGLISH SPEAKING REP

I have been trying for 3 months to get a billing issue resolved.  Called at least 10 times, spoke with at least 15 different reps none in the United States, none who resolved the issue, several told me it was resolved.   I am just trying to reach someone in the US who speaks English and can understand my issue and resolve it.  Its not complicated.

I was mistakenly charged on $37.49 on April 18th and $112.50 on April 20 for MLB extra innings which I did not order or want.  I immediately called and canceled and asked for a credit asap.  Been calling for months and still trying to get a credit.  You even shut off my service cause I didnt pay the charges.

Gotcha! Our team is happy to work with you and help you through this. Can you send us a DM with your name and address to get started?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
