EFT Processor Decline

2nd time posting. I spoke with someone last night about my bill fluctuating and they mentioned I dont get the $10 discount since im paying through my debit card and not my checking acct. I then mentioned I haven't been able to pay through my checking acct past the first month because I get an error. They didn't have any advice besides it should work, which... it does not. 

I'm trying to figure out how/why my checking acct is not being accepted. I'm just copy/pasting the routing and acct numbers, but every time I try to pay, I'm told either number is invalid. Last time it wouldn't accept my checking acct AT ALL so I guess I'm moving in the right direction but not quite. Didn't have to go through Plaid or whatever that system is this time. 

Can someone please help me?
