Duplicate charge

I have been fighting this ongoing issue since November of 2025, spoke to 20 different reps in hope for a solution, so I am reaching out here to see if I can get a resolution. I have had Xfinity's mobile service since 2022 or 2023 I believe, and never had any issues, always paid my bill, used the app with no problems. When I moved in February of 2025 I thought everything was ok, and made sure to do a line-to-line transfer to the new account so everything was tied together. Everything was perfect until November of 2025. My lines were abruptly turned off, due to nonpayment. I thought it was a bit weird since my bill wasn't due till the 22nd of the month; however, I paid the 72.00 and continued, and was promised this would fix the issue, and that to continue my service I would have to open a new account after that was paid. I did this so I would not lose our mobile numbers. I began to notice every month our service would turn off, and I would have to reach out and spend at least an hour on the phone each time this happened. This went on until about May/June of 2026, when the lines where permanetly suspended until the past-due balance was paid; however, I had been paying the monthly bill. To be sure, I checked my bank account and my statements, and sure enough, I had been paying it. The representative helping me said I had to pay the 700.00 in order to keep my numbers. I told him that I wouldn't be doing that because I was paying my bill every month this is a system error that is double-charging me for the exact same service. He said he created a ECM ticket ([Edited: "Personal Information"]). This was not the first ticket created, but this was the first one that addressed the billing issue. He told me it would take 7-14 business days for ecm to do an investigation and that I would get an email once the investigation was complete. It has now been about a month, and so I reached out once again and spent over an hour on the phone with yet again no resolution. I was transferred 3 times, then no one answered the 3rd time after I had been transferred, so I hung up and am now creating this to see what can be done. I have unfortunately lost my numbers and moved the 2 lines to another carrier I do still have 1 active line on the account; however, the rep made some changes and I can no longer see my active account, only the account with the 1000.00 balance. Every month this balance continues to go up as if I have service on there. Here is my account number for reference [Edited: "Personal Information"]
