Drop xfinity
Spoke with an agent who pronised better rates to drop my plan from 185 yo 125 channels. Listed my 12 top channrls which i was assured were included even though i called out nesn and nfl network which i was assured were covered after multiple questions
Come home and neither chsnnel is available, multiple people ack my serirs of events but will not give the better rate promised…do not ever fo business with xfinity…their manager even admitted they lie to get business

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
