Double payment on my Xfinity mobile account

On May 1st I paid my payment of $257.63 but my card was charged twice. I called customer service that morning and was told they checked All my accounts and only show one payment of $257.63 and that the second payment would not post and I would receive my money but today I checked my account and both payments posted to my account! I am on a fixed income and need this money refunded ASAP!

Please help!

Yes, I called customer service and was told that they did not see they second payment and was told that the second payment would not post and I would receive my money back but the second payment WAS POSTED and no one at Xfinity can find the second payment but I show I was deducted from Xfinity a total of 515.26 so where is my second payment of $257.63 if you can’t see it but I can?

Thanks so much for that clarification @user_jlhtny!  We're going to get things ironed out for you.  So that we can get the ball rolling, please feel free to shoot us a private message with the details.  From there we will work on getting the account credited.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
