Double charge

i made a payment of 152.36 which was my past due balance at 02/12/26 at 11:22pm and now you all have charged me for the same amount again 02/13/26 at 2:26am. This is very frustrating and i need the second charge cancelled and refunded back to my bank

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it

Just happened to me too. AUTOPAY CGARGED TWICE Same amount. I called immediately today. At first woman stated,' not possible as it an automatic payment through computer system:. I said," I am Looking at my bank statement RIGHT NOW as I I have you on Speaker".

Customer service," cant happen"

Anyhow, after arguing with me, agent finally sends message to management for reimbursement.  FRUSTRATED UNDERSTATEMENT.
