Double billing and Comcast will not fix my account - need to take Comcast to court

Comcast double billed me in March of 2025 on American Express and took the payment from my banks account and then turned my account into a credit agency for non payment. I'll have to sue comcast  xfinity in conciliation court because they will not correct the problem -

Comcast Double billed in March and did not bill in April then turned my bill into a credit reporting agency. I will sue Comcast for DAMAGES and will as conciliation court for $10,000 in damages. NO ONE IN CAMCAST WILL EVER CALL ME BACK OR DISCUSS THIS. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. i'M ALSO ASKING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR HELP.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
