Double billed

I created a payment arrangement which the bill was paid prior to the arrangement date. There was a second charge taken out of my account the next day. I spoke with a representative on September 5th who informed me I would be refunded for the double payment. Today is now the 10th day. When I spoke with numerous employees along with a team lead for refused to take accountability. The leave me on extensive hold for 10-15 minutes of silence. I have to keep checking my phone to see if the call is disconnected. The team lead refused to listen to the call let alone show any kind of empathy. I was I was told your next bill date was due 3 days later so the credit went there. I informed the team lead I was expecting my funds back because I’m on a maturity leave and thats my light bill money. The team lead proceeded to over talk me and be argumentative. If Xfinity wasn’t the only option for internet I have in my community I would’ve cancelled today!!!
