Double billed since February 2026, no end in sight!

I am following up once again with the Corporate department as I am back to square one trying to resolve my ongoing account issues (Case [Edited: "Personal Information"]).

I continue to be double-billed for two mobile accounts for the past eight months. Additionally:

  - The credit promised to me was never applied.
  - I am still being charged for a cell phone and watch that I never received due to an incorrect shipping address.
  - Just within the past week and a half, I was charged again on both accounts with no resolution in sight.
  - This issue and the associated support tickets have been ongoing since December 2025, with double billing starting in February 2026.

When we spoke around August 11, 2026, she mentioned she would call me back the following Monday at 9:00 AM PST, but I did not hear from her. After reaching out for weeks, she emailed on September 1 asking for my availability. I replied immediately to confirm I was available, but I have not received a response or a call back.

Please let me know when you or another representative from the escalations team can contact me to finally resolve these charges and process the necessary refunds.

Update,

Robert on the escalations team went right to work to resolve the problem. I am so pleased with all that he has done to fix this.
I will keep my mobile number and my cell service with Xfinity.

God bless him!
