Does Xfinity bill a month in advance

My bill is printed on the 9th of February, My billing Cycle is from March 13th through April 12th. I made a full payment on March 3rd. Does My March 3rd payment cover February to March? Or March to April?

Thanks for reaching out, user_63v83x! Great question. That March 3rd payment would cover the March to April bill. So, for example, if you were cancel services before April 12th, you'd receive a credit.

Interesting!!!!! I canceled my cable service on March 11th, and I was told I would get an $80.00 something credit. I just spoke to a CS representative and a Supervisor and was told I had no credit coming back, that my payment on March 3rd covered my February to March bill🤔😒😡

I'm sorry I don't understand. I never had a previous balance. I ALWAYS paid my bill via Auto payment so I'm not understanding. I paid the bill before the due date. I really don't understand
