Disputed charge on my bill out of the blue
I am a new account holder for Xfinity internet. My first bill shows a "dusputed charge" of $55.00. I am unaware of any disputed charge. I have spoken with several reps, including two from Customer Loyalty. No one is able to tell me what initiated this charge or any dispute. I was told that I am being "notified" of this $55 charge. I was also told that the charge cannot be removed. What is my next step to resolve this?
