Disputed charge on my bill out of the blue

I am a new account holder for Xfinity internet. My first bill shows a "dusputed charge" of $55.00. I am unaware of any disputed charge. I have spoken with several reps, including two from Customer Loyalty. No one is able to tell me what initiated this charge or any dispute. I was told that I am being "notified" of this $55 charge.  I was also told that the charge cannot be removed.  What is my next step to resolve this?

I am a new customer to xfinty mobile. The representative assured me I would be on the unlimited plan. I was not and got a 746.00 bill.

I called several times and lied too!

I asked for the chat to be pulled.  They gave me the run around and now are saying it’s been over 60 days and we can’t pull it!
