Dispute the partial charge on my latest bill

I’d like to dispute the partial charge on my latest bill. My previous promotional discount ended and an Xfinity agent helped me to get another promotional discount with a new plan. I followed the instruction provided by the Xfinity agent. This partial charge shouldn't be on my bill. So, I would like this partial charge to be removed from my bill. Can anyone here help with it?

Hey @user_7675da,

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We will be more than happy to review the Xfinity bill and charges. The account did just go through a recent change of service, so partial charges are normal for a transition bill.

Would you be able to provide us some additional information such as:

-> What date you made the changes to your services?
-> The bill date that is listed at the top of your service bill?
-> The billing cycle for services listed for your services under charges?

You can view a copy of your service bill to find this information by visiting our 'How to view your Xfinity bill online' support page.

In almost all case, you would always see partial charges on a service bill after changes as we do bill a month in advance for services and the bill date is prior to when the billing cycle takes place. We hope to hear from you soon so we can go over the changes, charges, and dates.

user_7675da I am glad you located your details bill. When you make a change in the middle of that cycle or after the bill for that cycle is printed the changes are always applied to the next bill. The Partial charges would also include adjustments for the old plan you did not use. You can check out page 3 and at the top, before it goes into the breakdown of the new charges your adjustments will be broken down. If you need more assistance locating the breakdown of the adjustments let me know.
