Dispute Charge

Hello, I am trying to message or ask how to message a xfinity customer service rep to dispute my charge. 

I had to have a technician come and upgrade my device because the previous device would reset itself and disconnect from the internet. This device was an out of date model and I do not feel as if I should have to pay a 100 dollar bill for an out of date device that xfinity gave me not working. 

The device was not damaged by me and was only owned for one month.
