Discovery+ Subscription Payment Issue
On 2/10/2025 I received an email Xfinity that my Discovery+ Subscription was confirmed. On 2/12 I received an email from Discovery+ that they were unable to process and after reaching out to their help desk they indicated that there were multiple transaction failures. As the payment goes through Xfinity I don't know how to correct that. The Xfinity Chat is unable to help and the phone kept bringing me back to the chat. I would appreciate if an actual agent could take the time to address this issue.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
