Discount for auto payments from bank account

I was speaking with a comcast representative about savings some money on my bill. They told me if I signed up for autopayment via direct draft from my bank account I would get 10 dollars a month off of my bill. I have now been setup for over two months like this and still do not have the 10 credit automatically applying to my bill. How do I get this corrected? When I called in last month they applied the credit manually and said it would fixed the next billing cycle but was not.

@s3rkill3r the answer [publicly] is that it takes three months or 45 days before that discount kicks in.
