To cancel your Xfinity Prepaid or NOW service, the most effective method is to manage it directly online. You can do this by navigating to and signing in on the NOW Portal (https://www.xfinityprepaid.com/support/general) and selecting "Pause or cancel service" from your active account, or by turning off Auto-Pay if you simply want to stop future charges.
