Difficulty Cancelling Xfinity Account - Immediate Assistance Needed

Dear Sir/Madam,

I used to pay 51.36. Then my bill increased to 56.36. Then to 72.37. And then to 78.37. 

All of these increases happened without my authorization and without increasing any service provided. 

Why do you keep charging me more? When I started my account at Xfinity, that wasn’t the way my contract was formulated. 

I have also been trying very hard to cancel my entire Xfinity account since March 2024, as I moved outside of the U.S. However, it has unfortunately never been possible to cancel. Your website is designed to prevent customers from making simple cancellations. It’s not possible to chat with anyone, and your phone number doesn’t connect me to a real person. Why do you make this so complicated? I want to close this account and resolve this issue. I am no longer in the U.S.

Please refund for all extra charges in during my subscription, and stop trying to charge me from the end of March till today.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
