Did not order Starz

My name is Vern


I am being charged $8.99 per month for Starz channels and did not order or want these channels. Why? Please remove Starz and credit my account for any charges.

Also, why did you give me a monthly payment arrangement and then raise it $2.85 a month?

In reviewing your account, Starz was removed and credited in full on 11/19/2020.


As a courtesy, we have also credited back any late fees incurred in the past 24 months.
