Device Payment Over Charging

My device has been paid off for a few months but I'm still being charged for device payments. How do I request a correction and refund for those charges?

l called customer support and they explained the charges.  if you could share a way to see the full schedule and final bill that would be helpful. otherwise my issue is resolved now thanks.
