Declining payment

No matter what card I use or device my payment keeps declining I'm now $260 in the hole because I cannot make a payment and my internet has been shut off and they're supposed to pull it automatically but they have not been pulling the payment and unbeknownst to me I am past due thank you Xfinity I will not be recommending the provider to anybody it almost seems like they want to bill you until they can't bill Make sure you can't pay and then put you into collections and double the owed payments with interest I've seen this before... Oh and the irony as I'm writing this this is my third attempt do not use the tag billing it'll crash immediately and make you restart everything almost as if they know people are tagging billing because they have an issue hmmmm 😁 food for thought

Hey there, user_1p8ygb, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your payment. We would be happy to help with your account details. Are you having issues with the website? Have you tried making a payment through one of our other methods? Here is a link with more of the options, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat.

I appreciate you confirming! Did you try making the payment with another payment method to see if that helps with the issue?

@XfinityJeniece I've used three different payment methods one of them should of been enrolled in auto pay but I guess not nothing was pulled ironically now I have a balance due and no Wi-Fi I'll just go to the store tomorrow and figure it out no point in troubleshooting something that's broken

We can definitely follow up with you here to confirm the issue is resolved for you at the store. I can also take a look at your account to provide you with more account-specific details.
