Debt Collection

I recently got pinged on my credit report for a debt collection by "Eastern Account System" by original creditor: "Comcast Cable Communications". But here's the thing...my account has always been in good standing, I've poured over every statement in the last two years and I see no overdue balances and I've had autopay enabled for as long as I can remember. So...either someone stole my identity and opened a Comcast account under my name, or this debt belongs to someone else and Comcast accidentally associated it with my account. I'm seeing several people on this forum with the same confusing issue, which is a bit worrisome.. I'm hoping someone directly from Xfinity will help me with this issue, as its now affecting my credit score out of now fault of my own.
