Data overage charges pushed with delay...

I got a call last month from Xfinity marketing their gig-speed internet and pointing out that I have data overage in the previous few months which I neither did know about nor I was charged for. And now after declining that offer I am being charged for overages 3 months arears. This is some form of a fraud waiting 3 months to charge me in my November bill with overages stemming from September. How can Xfinity get away with this kind of scam funnelling 50 dollars and do it with 3 months delay so that you continue incurring overage since nobody warn you other than the "marketing" guy trying to upsell you while there is nothing on your bill?

@demirhan13

Apologies for the issue and the experience that you described above.

 As a courtesy, I have credited back any recent data overage charges incurred plus an additional credit for your loyalty.

Those credits will post overnight and will be available to view in My Account.

Thanks for your patience and hang in there.

I am glad that Comcast did the right thing here but if this is happening to anyone else Comcast needs to stop these charges. I am fine with data caps and charges when they are clearly communicated but putting these charges with a 2 month delay is not acceptable.
