I accidentally made two payments online when I thought only one went trough!.When I checked my bank account two were payed three days ago!between three phone calls to a live person at comcast in the past couple of days with trying to get my money back of over a $200.00 payment and getting an email from comcast yesterday afternoon stating that I have to prove via a bank statement before I can get back my money when three different agents see that an extra payment was made and the third agent hung up me in between the call!.Very lousy support and super hard time to get my money back all of these extra hurdles!!!!.Boy when they have no problem getting your money but a Pain in I not going to say more.Very frustrating!!!

Good morning @user_b3zc9e, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues with the two payments, but you have come to the right place for assistance. We don't have the ability to reverse a payment, so we usually suggest reaching out to the bank and doing a stop payment on the payment that was made in error, but if the payment has already processed and there is a credit balance on the account we can put in a refund request. Do you know if there is a credit balance on the Xfinity account?

The payments were already processed and with four different agents telling me in the billing department that and with different bussiness days that it will be back in my account but the last straw with me that the billing department that I have to prove that it was processed twice in my bank account yesterday in my email when it was processed in my bank account on Monday 8/24/26 and they saw it was processed this is ridiculus!.Hopefully I get it back I need it for paying my bills!.I have been paying Comcast with online billing for at least four years with no problems!.The first time I tried to process it it seem that did not go thru the second time it did go thru
