Customer service is no help at all

Customer service is no help at all !!  I am tryng to find out how NetFlix got added to my bill and all I get from them is a pitch to upsell services I DO NOT WANT !!!! Is there a number I can call to remove netflix from my service or is Comcast back to their old tricks ???

I have spent hours trying to get COMCAST out to my house to fix a wiring issue. The attachment of outside wires from the street to the corner of my house needs to be replaced. The wires rub and make a very disturbing noise whenever it is windy. ..loud enough to wake you up. Customer service people are cloyingly sweet....and tell you over and over what a wonderful day it is, what a good customer  you have been. I want one thing......TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. 

Should I climb up on a ladder and do it myself?????? 

I see a few problems

1. Lack of reliability....2 appts were no shows and totally nonresponsive.

2. No one cares about the customer....at all. 

3. Verbal fawning is rediculous...their service is awful.......just admit it. 

4. I have spent hours wading through their automated recordings....THEY DON'T WORK.

This company is too big to even take care of the basics. 

I just give up.
