Customer Service email address
I NEED the customer service email address to send a photo of the problem. This is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot get a human. I DO NOT WANT TO TALK TO A ROBOT. I am being overcharged. FIOS does not treat customers this way!

I need cable service. My cable box needs replacement. Two service appointments were scheduled to replace the cable box and no Xfinity employee came. I have gone to an Xfinity store and they could not get a new cable box. It is impossible to get a live Xfinity person to talk to. How can I get my defective cable box replaced?
