Customer Service Email Address

I need help finding the email address for xfinity. I need to contact them and the chat feature isn’t working because my account is messed up. Please provide email as I need to send them documents.

@user_b840c8 Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I apologize that we have a few different departments that would require documentation, so there isn't one main email address to provide. However, our team here can assist with almost all concerns as well. What questions do you have today and what documents do you need to send?

@XfinityThomasD​ thank you Thomas! I need to send screenshots of Xfinity agents promising to fix my incorrect balance and resolve the multiple tickets I have open (ticket-[Edited: "Personal Information"]) and things like that. I’d prefer not to complain publicly which is why I asked for email rather than forum. I’ve had 6-8 different agents say this now so it’s a lot :/ instead of solving they just turned off my service

The chat feature is not working for me. Can you please chat me directly? Or email? I’m still without WiFi and have an account with a very incorrect balance. :(

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
