customer retention

Please help me- my service contract is up for next month and my charges are going from 78.58 to 133.32 for the same service. this is so stressful to have to go through this every year and 'negotiate". i just want to pay want i currently do now for the same service.  i was supposed to have a call from an agent today named amy to help and she never called. i just spoke to a man in the retention department who couldn't help me. please i just want to keep it as is for the same amount.
