Customer retention

I've been a customer for 18 years. I've been in the same internet 🛜 plan for 2 years. My total bill was between 72-75 month. It jumped to 112.00 a month. There is no excuse for that price increase. How do I retain my current plan.

To get started can you send us a DM with your full name and service address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
