Customer for over 10 years, needing 3 additional days to pay
After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, an entire decade with xfinity/Comcast, paying over 350 per month, every month to them, I've lost my job of 20 years from being laid off and asked for 3 more days to pay my bill, which my family is bringing me money this weekend and I scheduled the payment for Monday and no one cares. I am so upset because I need my internet to complete my unemployment task required to even get money to make a payment and a decade and more than 35k in payments made to xfinity, they would rather lose me and have me return all my items then help me for 3 day!!
