Current month ACP credit not showing up, bill due tomorrow!

I switched to Xfinity Internet covered by ACP in March.  My first bill was offset by the ACP Credit, but now a bill is due tomorrow and this month's credit has still not been applied.  I understand from other posts that this is not uncommon. I don't want to have any late payment issues with Xfinity because the credit is late but I also don't want to pay the bill myself if the credit is going to be applied.  What should I do?  Is this a one-time delay or does this happen every month?

Hello @user_0c818a! We're happy to you with your billing concerns. Could you please send us a direct message with your first and last name and your full address?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
