Credit for outage

I had a service interruption for maintenance on sept. 7, 8, and 9th. I am looking for credit for the outages.

To qualify for this adjustment please log into either our awesome website https://comca.st/2XnCqEX or our amazing Xfinity App! Here is a link in case you need to download it.

With these two wonderful self-service options, you can be able to tell us about your experience in the Xfinity Status Center. Click the link, "Tell us more about your experience." A form will launch. You will then be able to review your submission and can add the adjustment to your account! Please let us know if you have any questions about this process. We are always happy to help!
