Credit for late arrival of technician
I was scheduled to have a technician set up service on 12/1 between 10 am-12 noon. At 11:45, I received a call that he was running behind and would arrive between 12:15 - 12:30. However, he didn't arrive until 1:15. I was told I could request a credit. How do I do that? Thanks.
