Credit for Internet Outages

Hello. I am wondering if you all allow credits for service outages. My internet (in addition to phone/cable per the messages) was down on and off from September 20th-22nd in the Nora, IN area. Unfortunately, I am currently working from home, and ended up having to use cell phone date in order to stay  online consistently. Would greatly appreciate any advice or solution you may have. Thank you for your time!
