Credit for internet outage

For 3 weeks my internet was down for most of the time. I had 3 techs out. The first 2 did not solve my issues, the 3rd one did as it was a problem line outside at the pole. Now I am being charged for the tech (i thought i wouldnt be since the issue was not inside my home) and i would like a credit for all the days we h had no service. Please let me know how to proceed

Amy3675 HI there! Thanks for using our Forums and for telling us about what is going on. Our team is here happy to help and make sure we look into all of this. To get started can you send us a DM with your complete name and address? 
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
