Credit for device that wasn't needed

I ordered a new TV package and was sent a box to install. I did but it kept crashing the modem and causing great flashs from my TV. Chatted with you for over an hour. Turned it off. Next morning same thing. I Chatted with another person who said could not help because none of the above was iny account. Said I did not need the box and the package was already loaded on my TV. I unplugged it but a week later....with lots of paused, etc. my TV died. I changed my programming and ok with new TV but I need to be credited for the box. I mailing it back UPS in the morning.
